Arreskov Lake is Funen's largest lake. The lake is surrounded by forests and swampy areas.
Arreskov Lake is dug by a glacier which has put the excavated material in the Funen Alps. The lake is 317 ha large and shallow, the deepest place is 3.7 m. There are springs on the lakes bottom, and approx. 15 % of the lakes water are spring water.
