Nordborg Lake is an elongated lake in a tunnel valley, with steep slopes that continue below the surface. The lake is owned by the Sports Fund for Nordals, which is founded by manufacturer Mads Clausen.

Nordborg Lake has a good stock of coarse fish (including large bream) and is also famous for its stock of large zander/carp.
