Ove Lake is located in Thy on the border between Sydthy Municipality and Thisted Municipality.
The beach to Ove Lake, off Sønderhå Plantation, is the only public area of Ove Lake, where angling in the lake is allowed.
If you are between the ages of 18 and 65, you must have a valid fishing license.
You must have a valid national fishing license to fish here - you may also need a fishing permit from an association or a private owner. Buy your national fishing license via the link below.
