Bygholm Lake is located near the center of Horsens in extension of Bygholm Park. Around the lake you walk in wooded beech terrain along the shores of the lake. The artificially landscaped lake, among other things, offers a good pike and perch fishing. In addition to these species there are trout, zander, eels, hork and various coarse fish in the lake.

The fishing right in Bygholm Lake belongs to Bygholm Anglers and Baadjersforening, and a 24-hour card can be acquired for 20 kroner. It can be purchased at Bygholm Sø Camping and from Effect storage in Horsens.
