Gyrstinge and Haraldsted the lakes, together with Ringsted Å, form the largest contiguous water nature area in the municipality. The lakes bind streams in the north and south together locally and create a regional connection to the entire Suså system.

Area: 263.2 ha.
Max. Depth: 10.4 m

In Gyrstinge Lake you can catch pike, zander, perch, carp and eel. The zander has had a difficult time since the lake was damaged. The good fishing for the zander is supposed to come back after the water lowering.

The most optimal way to fish for the lake's predatory fish is by using the fishing associations boats. These boats make it easy for angler.
