Vejrup Å

Fyn, River

Vejrup Å winds from his origin in Davinde to its outlet in Odense Fjord. The river runs right between Odense and Kerteminde Municipality and about 8 km form the border between the two municipalities.
In 2011, a major restoration project was completed where the municipalities, together with seatrout Fyn had made new spawning banks, restored parts of the river and excavated sand for the river to become self -producing with trout.
You can fish in Vejrup Å with a membership to a local association. Pay attention to special rules for the river.
